Receive one-on-one assistance with My Aged Care through a 30 min support session.
Sessions available between 10 am - 1.30pm.
Our team member will provide support with:
- Assistance with contacting My Aged Care: Support for making phone calls and registering online
- Exploring at-home support options: guidance on finding services for independent living
- Home care package provider support: help in selecting and connecting with a suitable provider
- Residential care services support: assistance in accessing services tailored to individual circumstances
- Connecting to social activities: referrals to programs promoting social engagement and community participation
This service is available for all members of the community including family members and carers.
When: Thursday 31 July, 14, 28 August and 11 September (Please bring your medicare card along to your appointment along with your My Aged Care number if you have one)
Cost: Free, bookings essential
