Navigating My Aged Care

Receive one-on-one assistance with My Aged Care through a 30 min support session.

Sessions available between 10 am - 1.30 pm.

Our team member will provide support with:

  • Assistance with contacting My Aged Care: Support for making phone calls and registering online
  • Exploring at-home support options: guidance on finding services for independent living
  • Home care package provider support: help in selecting and connecting with a suitable provider
  • Residential care services support: assistance in accessing services tailored to individual circumstances
  • Connecting to social activities: referrals to programs promoting social engagement and community participation

This service is available for all members of the community including family members and carers.

When: Thursdays Monthly

Upcoming sessions: May 28th, June 25th, July 30th, August 27th.

Cost: Free - bookings essential

Where: Moongala Women's Community House

(Please bring your medicare card along to your appointment along with your My Aged Care number if you have one)
