Join us in a fun and interactive workshop to learn about Ai and how it can assist in everyday tasks. With a focus on 'Health & Wellbeing' and using Chat GPT and similar platforms, we will discover how to create such things as meal plans/shopping lists, workouts from home and meditation routines.

Perfect for all levels, and you are welcome to join us for a light lunch beforehand from 12.15-1pm.

Laptops will be supplied, BYO mobile or iPad if preferred.
