Join our new Bentleigh East Neighbourhood Striders Walking Group!
We are looking for participants to commence our FREE weekly walking group! Whether you are a brisk walker or just enjoy a gentle stroll, everyone's welcome to join in. A great way to boost your health, meet new people and start your day with a smile!
Option to meet back at the House afterwards and join in our Connect Cafe session and enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit. Barista coffee also available.
Tuesday Walking Group 9.30 am -10.30am FREE
and join us at our Connect Cafe afterwards!
Connect Café 10-12 noon $3 and a different activity each week including bingo, trivia, singing, barista coffee, chai tea and good company! Kindly managed by our wonderful volunteers!
*If you decide after your first visit you would like to continue attending you will be required to pay our $15 annual membership fee to help cover insurances, overheads, and you will also be on our email list to receive our newsletter.
