Stretch, Strength & Balance

Our Strength Training Classes is part of our 'Health and Wellbeing' Program and has been both hugely popular and successful! We have received wonderful feedback from participants regarding the program and our wonderful and highly experiences instructor Ange! She is very in tune with the various needs of her clients to ensure they can participate fully.

These sessions are:

- for all levels, so can be tailored to individual client needs and abilities

- taught by a fully qualified health and fitness professional

- working on balance, strength, mobility and flexibility using resistance, body weight through creative, safe and fun exercise sessions

- conducted in a safe and supportive environment

BYO towel and water bottle

Like all our regular participants to the Centre you will also be required to pay our $15 annual membership fee. Bookings are essential and can be made by calling us on 9570 3468 or email: admin@moongala.org.au.

Payment can be made via bank deposit, cash or card (card fee applies) Please note, health forms will be required on enrolment.
