$10 a session (payable by the term)

As part of our new 'Health & Wellbeing' Program we are excited to introduce our new classes!

Stretch, Strength & Balance

- is for all levels, so can be tailored to individual client needs and abilities

- taught by a fully qualified health and fitness professional

- working on balance, strength, mobility and flexibility using resistance, body weight through creative, safe and fun exercise sessions

- conducted in a safe and supportive environment

Classes are $10 a session, payable by the term. As an 'Introductory Special' pay for the term and receive the first class on 17 July FREE!! 10 sessions for the price of 9! Limited places available.

If you wish to attend casually classes will be $17 a session. Bookings essential.

Bookings can be made through an enquiry on our website, by calling us on 9570 3468 or email: admin@moongala.org.au and payment can be made via bank deposit or cash or card on Monday 8 July between 10am-12 noon. If you are yet to visit us in our new home, we invite you to come down then and meet us, or once we reopen for Term 3 on Monday 15 July!
