Join us in Term 2 to learn the art of meditation! Our facilitator has been practising the art of meditation for 30 years and she will guide you through the different techniques - walking meditation, mindfulness, breath work, visualisation and body scan techniques.
BYO comfortable clothing, yoga mat or towel if using our mats, cushion and shawl to keep warm if required.
