$135/$90 concession plus $15 annual affiliation fee - PAYMENT - Bank deposit into Bendigo Bank, Moongala BSB: 633 000 Account No: 176 808 434 and please include your name and class/activity in the description so we can identify your payment. Alternatively you can come into the centre and pay in cash or as a bank transfer, before the class commences. CANCELLATIONS - If Moongala is unable to deliver a course or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund. If the course has already commenced we will refund a pro-rate portion of the fees paid. If the participant cancels we must be notificd in writing within 5 business days, prior to the commencement of the course date, for a full refund to be reimbursed, less a $10 admininstration fee. No refund will be given once a course has commenced, unless due to extenuating circumstance such as illness, disability or bereavement, proof is to be provided and this will be assessed by the House Coordinators. CONCESSIONS: Some classes are offered at a reduced concession rate. To be eligible you must hold and present a valid Victorian Pensioner or Health Care Card.
