$135/$90 concession plus annual $15 affiliation fee PAYMENT - Bank deposit into Bendigo Bank, Moongala BSB: 633 000 Account No: 176 808 434 and please include your name and Art Matters in the description so we can identify your payment. Alternatively you can come into the centre and pay in cash or as a bank transfer, before the class commences. CANCELLATIONS - If Moongala is unable to deliver a course or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund. If the course has already commenced we will refund a pro-rate portion of the fees paid. If the participant cancels we must be notificd in writing within 5 business days, prior to the commencement of the course date, for a full refund to be reimbursed, less a $10 admininstration fee. No refund will be given once a course has commenced, unless due to extenuating circumstance such as illness, disability or bereavement, proof is to be provided and this will be assessed by the House Coordinators.
